FACT: Roma have 17 strikers under contract

Add them, Gerson will arrive in Rome in the next few weeks, Iturbe who has been loaned out to Bournemouth, Antonio Sanabria, scorer of nine goals in 14 La Liga games with Sporting Gijon, Adem Ljajic (on loan at Inter until the end of the season), Victor Ibarbo, Mendez and Boyé, who will join the Olimpico at the end of the season.
Despite the massive presence of strikers in their squad, Roma have also been linked with Genoa star Diego Perotti, who is rumored to be the Capitoline’s next signing, should Gervinho join Chinese side Jiangsu Suning in the current transfer window.
