Roma, Inter in hunt for Napoli striker
That may be the case of Napoli and Manolo Gabbiadini. Former Sampdoria star joined the Stadio San Paolo on an € 18 million move one year ago but he has only started once under Maurizio Sarri this term racking up 192 minutes and plundering once in Serie A games.
The 24-year-old striker is reportedly not happy as he is only considered a backup of Gonzalo Higuain. According to rumors, Gabbiadini is eager to find a new team in January to get more playing time.
The product of the Juventus Academy is facing a long lay-off that will force him out of action until January, but when he’ll be eligible to play again he could have already left Napoli.
Inter, Fiorentina and Roma are interested to sign the player on a permanent move, while one between Lazio, Genoa and Palermo could be the answer to Gabbiadini’s needs though they can only afford the player on a six-months loan.
