REVEALED The details behind Zaza's move to West Ham

It’s only a matter of time: sometime today, Simone Zaza will become a Hammer. West Ham’s brand new signing moved to the Olympic Stadium for a €5 million loan, with €20m set to be paid to Juventus at the end of a season if a clause (a small number of appearances) is met. In other words, the loan the Policoro native’s entourage feared is that just in name: it’s a buyback.

Juventus are happy, for they will make €25m, plus €3m more in equally likely bonuses. The 25-year-old striker will make €3.5m after tax, plus bonuses, and signed a deal until 2021.

What will Juventus do? As they wait on the Hernanes situation, selling Zaza will help the Bianconeri focus on bringing in Juan Cuadrado… not to mention that last midfielder.
