REVEALED: Mauro Icardi's new Inter deal has €110m release clause!
Inter Milan are so certain of it, that they’ve already arranged for the official pictures of the signing to be taken.
With Erick Thohir following the situation very closely, the two sides are a few details away from reaching a full agreement.
What will change? Inter have inserted an €110 million release clause, but only for overseas clubs.
Beyond that, the Argentine will obtain his image rights in full, but Inter get what they want salary-wise. Icardi is set to earn €4.5m, plus €500k in easy bonuses, and the same sum again on some rather tougher conditions.
The 23-year-old’s deal will last until 2021, and if Inter win the Scudetto by that time, he’s set to earn another bonus.
There, everyone feel better?
