Cuadrado deliberately left Juventus training camp ahead of Cagliari clash: the Old Lady denies
According to Sky Sport, Juan Cuadrado deliberately left Juventus’ training camp on Monday evening, seconds after being informed that Dani Alves would have started in place of him against Cagliari.
Yesterday night, however, the Colombian ace returned to training saying sorry for his behaviour, but that was not enough for Massimiliano Allegri who eventually did not call the former Chelsea ace for the Cagliari clash.
The club will fine Cuadrado for his unprofessional behaviour and the player is currently training with the rest of team and should be eligible to play the incoming Serie A clash against Palermo.
UPDATE: Sources from the club have told calciomercato.com that the player left Juventus training ground yesterday for personal reasons and not for being unhappy with Allegri’s decision to bench him against Cagliari. Juventus had already stated the Cuadrado left the training yesterday through their official Twitter account.
