REPORT: Lavezzi set for PSG January exit

    • Lorenzo Bettoni (@lorebetto)
According to the Italian paper Il Corriere dello Sport, PSG have lost all their hope in the possibility of extending Ezequiel Lavezzi’s stay at the club, with the 30-year-old striker who is now reported to be edging a shocking Parc des Princes exit in January.

Barcelona and Juventus are both interested in the players’ services. The Blaugrana will be free to purchase new players from the next month, after having faced a two transfer windows ban.

Former Napoli star would prefer to sign with the Nou Camp side, although the Old Lady still hope to convince him joining the Stadium.

Juventus offered Lavezzi a two-year contract worth € 3 million, but the  Bianconeri’s bid seems to be not quite enough for the 30-year-old who is on a € 5 million deal in Paris.
In case Juventus’ offer would edge Lavezzi’s requests, offering at least € 4 million a year, the player might consider joining Massimiliano Allegri’s side in January.
