REPORT: Juventus eager to extend Allegri’s stay in Turin.
Juventus boss Max Allegri will put pen to paper on a new contract in the coming days, according to Tuttosport.
The Tuscan tactician took over from predecessor Antonio Conte in the summer of 2014, and despite initial scepticism from the Bianconeri faithful, he has proved himself to be more than up to the challenge.
A Scudetto triumph in his debut season, Allegri led Juventus to domestic glory once again this year and wrote his and Juve’s name in the history books by making it five league titles in a row for the Turin outfit.
Those kind of achievements haven’t gone unnoticed and the Juventus management are set to reward the Italian coach with a new deal that will reportedly run through to June 2018.
