REPORT: Juve's Paratici turns Tottenham down... again
Popular in Italy – with Barbara Berlusconi recently making another attempt at bringing him to Milanello – Juventus’ Director of Sport has also had to rebuff the advances of Chelsea, Liverpool and now Tottenham.
It has been reported that Paratici was approached during the summer by the White Hart Lane side as his contract was ending. Having since renewed it, his first refusal wasn’t enough to keep Spurs from trying again a few days, though they were unsuccessful once more.
It seems that rebuilding a Serie A side from the dismal Alessio Secco days and turning it into a European powerhouse still carries some weight on the continent.
