Through the use of television evidence, the Sporting judge has imposed a three-match ban on Samuel Eto'o for the head butt to Chievo defender Cesar.

The Cameroon striker, who will have to pay a fine of 30,000euro, will miss the upcoming league games against Parma, Lazio and Napoli, as the game against Fiorentina was postponed for the Club World Cup. Inter have already announced they will appeal.
