Preview of Juventus-Atalanta: Latest News, Facts, Predicted Lineups
The Italian tactician is expected to use a 3-5-2 system with Benatia, Rugani and Chiellini at the back or a 4-3-1-2 formation with Khedira, Marchisio and Sturaro in midfield, Pjanic playing behind Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuain who returns to Juventus’ starting XI after being left out of the bianconeri lineup in the previous two games against Sevilla and Genoa.
Paulo Dybala has not been called to Juventus’ squad, whilst Juan Cuadrado is not 100% fit and is not going to play tonight.
Atalanta star (and Juventus target) Mattia Caldara could also be left out with an injury and former AS Roma defender Zukanovic could play in place of the promising Italian defender tonight. Freuler will replace suspended Gagliardini in centre midfield, Dramé and Spinazzola are battling it out to start as left winger in Gasperini’s 3-5-2 system.
