With Cristian Brocchi’s future in the balance at Milan, the rossoneri continue to evaluate other possibilities for next season.
 

Although Marcelo Lippi is still the front-runner for the bench at the San Siro, in recent days a new name has surfaced in the shape of outgoing Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini. In an interview with Mundo Deportivo, the Chilean tactician has opened the door for a possible switch to Italy after stating that; “I like Serie A and I’m looking for a project with great resources that will allow me to work in peace”. This of course, is not the blueprint of Milan in its current guise but a change of ownership could open the door for a new way of working at Milanello, something that Pellegrini could buy into.
