Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi revealed that signing Filippo Inzaghi would be a dream coming true. The Ducali patron spoke to Radio Monte Carlo about the potential move of SuperPippo from Milan to Parma.

“I am a friend of Pippo and he is an exceptional guy. I cannot deny that it would be a dream for me to sign such an important player,” claimed Ghirardi.

“We didn’t talk about it but I doubt he would want to leave Milan, even if he cannot play in Europe, to join a provincial side because he is a player used to the highest stages of football.

“At the moment though, I am lucky to have Hernan Crespo, who is a legend for us and the fans. Last year he scored 10 goals and he is 35-year-old!” concluded Ghirardi.
