PAPERK TALK: Juve, Milik could be Morata’s heir, Herrera to Napoli is almost a done deal
Milik’s price-tag has grown during EURO 2016. Before the tournament he was available for € 12 million, now Ajax could ask up to € 20 million and Juventus are not the only club interested in signing the 22-year-old who has already scored more goals than what both Ibra and Luis Suarez did at his age at Ajax.
When Milik was 16 he reportedly turned down the opportunity to have a trial with Reading and Tottenham, today he could sign with some of the best European clubs out there being Everton, Sevilla and Bayern Leverkusen also interested in welcoming his services.
In the meantime Napoli are close to signing Hector Herrera from Porto. The partenopei have tabled an improved offer to the Portuguese side: € 23 million (bonus included), Porto had made a request of € 23 million plus bonuses, but an agreement could be really close given that the player has already agreed personal terms with the Serie A giants.
After the arrival of Lorenzo Tonelli, Napoli are close to welcome the second new signing of the summer.
