Roma, Spalletti: 'It wasn't a pretty game but we got the three points'

Luciano Spalletti spoke to Premium Sport after Roma's 2-0 win over Lazio, here is what he had to say :  " We could've done better today that's for sure but we fought hard and we found a way to get the win. It wasn't a pretty game but you have to sometimes win the ugly games too. In the second half we really did well and Lazio did not create much. With Salah out we had to adapt our formation. When we had the ball, we were playing with a 5 man backline where as when Lazio had the ball, we went back to a 4 man backline. Peres did a good job on Lulic where as Rudiger was a little tired since he had to run a lot when we had the ball.

Emerson? He played an amazing game today. In the past few months, media have attacked him for no good reason. He is now showing his worth. He did a great job on Felipe Anderson today and he helped Perotti out too going forward. Milan and Juve up next? This derby win stimulates us but we now have to focus on Milan. We have great ambitions, we have to now look ahead. What's up next? Well we will now celebrate a bit since whenever we lose, we normally get taunted... ".
