Official, Milan TV : the closing should occur by February 28th 2017

The postponement of the final closing seems to be more and more likely as time goes by. The confirmation has now arrived straight from Milan TV (Milan's official TV station), as they have stated that the involved parties will soon communicate the new closing date.

IT WILL LIKELY BE IN FEBRUARY- As Milan TV are reporting, the new closing date will likely be February 28th 2017. This would be the final day that a deal can be reached but if talks go well and the Chinese government give their approval, then a deal can be closed before this date.

JOINT TRANSFER MARKET- As Adriano Galliani previously stated, the January transfer market will be conducted by both parties (Milan's current management and the Chinese group). When Milan buy or sell a player, both Fininvest and Sino-Europe Sports will have to give their approval on the deal.

NOT A BIG BUDGET- Since the closing will not occur before January, Galliani won't have a big budget to work with. Fininvest and SES won't provide any money so Galliani will first have to sell players before he can buy some. This means that Luiz Adriano's future is now in heavy doubt since Milan can save a lot of money with his sale.
