Official: Juventus sign Isla and Asamoah. Thiago Silva extends with AC Milan
The news item was in the air, but now it's official: 26 year old midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah and Mauricio Isla have left Udinese to sign for Juventus. At the same time, 22 year old forward Cristian Pasquato, last season on loan at Torino, has left the bianconeri to join the Friulan club. The next signing of the Serie A champs should be 34 year old defender Lucio, who has recently terminated his deal with Inter Milan. The two parties were supposed to meet today, but, according to Sky Sport 24, the meeting has been postponed to tomorrow, when the Brazilian player will put pen to paper on a two year deal. Regarding rhe new striker, Juve keep on tracking 21 year old forward Mattia Destro, in co-ownership between Siena and Genoa, and whose evaluation is meanwhile increasing.
Important announcements also from AC Milan: 27 year old defender Thiago Silva, considered a target for many European top clubs, has extended his deal with the rossoneri until June 2017. The terms of the new contract remain undisclosed, but it seems that the Brazil national will earn 6 million euros per season. Morevover, Milan have announced to have signed 14 year old forward Hachim Mastour. The rossoneri keep on seeking a midfielder, and keep on compete with Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester United for Benfica 23 year old Axel Witsel, who will certainly leave the Portuguese club, that, according to De Telegraaf, has already found the heir of the Belgium national.
