OFFICIAL: Falcao, Amelia and Pato leave Chelsea

Chelsea have announced the departures of Radamel Falcao, Marco Amelia and Alexandro Pato through their official website and social media accounts.

The Colombian striker returns to AS Monaco, Pato comes back to Chelsea after a six-month loan spell, whilst Marco Amelia is now available on the market as a free agent and can sign for a new club for free.
