OFFICIAL: Caceres leaves Juventus
The club have saluted Caceres with a statement on their website, pointing out that Caceres is one of the ‘fantastic eight’, which means he’s among those players to have won all the five successive Serie A titles with the bianconeri.
Caceres had joined Juventus on a loan deal from Barcelona in 2009, when he was just 22. He returned to Spain at the end of the 2009-10 campaign to play for Sevilla, but he also made his return to Juventus in January 2012 when he signs for the Old Lady on a permanent deal.
Ceceres netted in both debut games against Lazio in 2009 and AC Milan in 2012 (a brace in the Coppa Italia semi-final).
The 29-year-old striker collected 110 games with Juventus scoring 7 goals and winning ten trophies.
