OFFICIAL: Brendan Rodgers appointed as Celtic’s new coach

Celtic Glasgow have appointed Brendan Rodgers as their new coach for the 2016-17 season, the club have announced through their official social media accounts.

Rodgers was sacked by Liverpool last October and had been linked with a return to his former club Swansea before they confirmed Francesco Guidolin on their bench.
