OFFICIAL: Batshuayi signs for Chelsea

We’ve already reported that Michy Batshuayi had found agreement with Chelsea and the news is now official. The Blues have announced the signing of the 22-year-old Belgium International for a transfer fee close to € 40 million.

“Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois speak highly of this club and with the appointment of Antonio Conte becoming a Chelsea player is amazing”, Batshayi told Chelsea’s official website.

The former Marseille man scored one goal for Belgium at EURO 2016 and has signed a five-year-deal.
