Napoli, Tolisso getting closer: the points
A smiling Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis left the hotel Rosatti in Dimaro after discussions with representatives of Lyon midfielder Corentin Tolisso.
A LITTLE DISTANCE
The 21-year-old has now become a prime summer target for the Vesuviani but there is still work to do in respect of the salary required and that what is on offer at the San Paolo; the player wants €3 million per season, Napoli have offered €2 million but this should not present an obstacle in his eventual arrival in Serie A. The most important development is that there is agreement between the two clubs over the highly-rated French youngster.
THE FEE
Napoli have already had a €15 million offer turned down by the French club but a revised one of €24 million including bonuses looks to have been accepted. De Laurentiis himself has already stated that if the right midfielder arrives this summer his club will be set-up for the next five-years, this looks to have been a direct comment aimed at Tolisso.
