Napoli: Reveillere joining. Fiorentina: Cuadrado will stay
As reported in the last days, after the injury suffered by Pablo Armero, Napoli need to reinforce their team’s flank, and are thinking about signing a free agent; and the right name really seems to be the one of 34 year old Anthony Révéillère; as reported by Sky, in fact, the former Lyon full back –who, according to Il Mattino, has asked for a two-year deal- has sustained today in Rome the medicals for the azzurri, and could be soon ready for Rafa Benitez’s squad. But the Frenchman is only a short-term solution,, and Napoli will also try to sign some other full backs during the next transfer window, like, as reported by the Daily Star, Chelsea 24 year old Cesar Azpilicueta; on the contrary, it seems difficult for the azzurri to obtain 26 year old Luca Antonelli, who, according to Il Secolo XIX, is about to extend his contract with Genoa. Benitez also wants his team’s midfield to be reinforced, and, as reported by The Sun, has asked his Sports Director Riccardo Bigon to make an attempt for Liverpool 26 year old Lucas Pezzini Leiva.
As well known, many clubs are interested in Fiorentina 25 year old winger Juan Cuadrado: but, interviewed by Mediaset Premium after the Europa League game won against Pandurii, Colombia international has declared that he is happy in Florence and that he is about to extend his deal with the viola.
