Napoli missing € 4 million to match request for Liverpool target
The 21-year-old’s transfer at Anfield Road seemed to be a done deal just until a few weeks ago, but his move to Liverpool has been put on hold, allowing Napoli to enter the race to sign the talented Udinese midfielder who played the 2015-16 campaign on loan at Empoli.
