Napoli and Torino agree €22m deal for Nikola Maksimovic
Maurizio Sarri’s side are chasing the Serbia International full-back since last summer and are now ready to sign him for a fee of € 22 million.
Napoli will pay € 2 million for the player’s six months loan, while they’ll exercise a € 20 million buy-out clause at the end of the season. The buy-out clause is linked with some results that should be easy to achieve for the club, such as Europe qualification.
Torino are ready to finalize another big-money deal after the sales of Ciro Immobile, Alessio Cerci and Matteo Darmian over the last few seasons.
Napoli have also looking for midfield reinforcement in January, with Valencia star André Gomes who tops the Partenopei’s wish-list.
Calciomercato.com has exclusively talked to the middleman who’s carrying out negotiations with the Spanish side. He has revealed that the André Gomes would love to join the San Paolo, but also that his transfer is totally up to the player’s agent agent Jorge Mendes.
Napoli have also targeted Leverkusen’s Christoph Kramer, Porto’s Hector Herrera and Roberto Soriano (Sampdoria) who has a € 15 million release clause which expires on January 15.
