Milan v Juve: Nesta & Astori! Roma-Dempsey, Felipe Melo to Napoli?
Juventus have shown interest in Cagliari defender Davide Astori, who also been linked to a return to Milan.
The Rossoneri have priority in the negotiations given that they allowed Cagliari to buy the remaining 50% of the player.
But Astori’s price tag has increased up to €7M. Juventus could certainly interfere with the Rossoneri unless Adriano Galliani allows Alessandro Nesta to leave in the summer.
- Roma-Dempsey
Roma’s American project could count on a USA player – Clint Dempsey.
The Fulham ace has been impressive this season and according to Sky, the Giallorossi are looking to sign him.
Dempsey has proved he deserves to play in bigger stages and would certainly be delighted to move to Serie A.
The 29-year-old would be a much needed reinforcement for the Giallorossi.
- Felipe Melo to Napoli?
The Brazilian midfielder has been linked to Napoli although the player’s agent believes his wage may be a problem.
“Felipe is on loan to Galatasaray and they have an option to buy,” explained Emiliano Frodi.
“He is a world-class midfielder, who would fit in any important club and Napoli have a great project.
“We heard about the Azzurri links, but it is early yet because we haven’t spoken to the Turkish team. Maybe his wage could represent a problem for Napoli.”
