Another shock defeat for Roberto Mancini as Inter fall 3-0 in the  Milan Derby. Goals from Alex, Carlos Bacca and M'Baye Niang helped Sinisa Mihajlovic side to snatch three vital points in the race for a Champions League placement. 

Mauro Icardi missed a penalty kick when Milan were up 1-0.

Milan are now unbeaten in six games in all competitions. Last time they faced defeat was against Bologna in the first game of 2016.

Inter allowed the first goal from headers in this campaign, allowing Alex's opener. Roberto Mancini's side are now without a victory in four and sit 4th in Serie A, one point behind third ranked Fiorentina.
