Milan: still keen on Destro. Juve: good-bye Nastasic
As reported earlier, though AS Roma seem not interested in a swap involving 22-year-old Stephan El Shaarawy, AC Milan have not renounced to the idea of signing the giallorossi’s striker Mattia Destro: as revealed by leggo.it, the player is seeking a new home near Milan, but, interviewed by calciomercato.com, the agents of the Italy international have rubbished such rumors; on the other hand, as outlined by the same media, the two clubs keep on negotiating, and the rossoneri would like to obtain the 23-year-old on loan with right to buy; another option for Filippo Inzaghi’s team could be city rivals Inter Milan 29-year-old Pablo Daniel Osvaldo, who is also a target for Cagliari and Torino. The Lombard club, as well known, is also seeking a midfielder, but one of their main targets for such position –Newcastle United 25-year-old Moussa Sissoko- has told TF1 that his priority is to remain to England, possibly at his favorite club Arsenal. Milan will have to renounce also to one of their targets for the defense, Manchester City 21-year-old Matija Nastasic, who has been sold to Schalke 04. The Serbia international was also a target for Serie A defending champions Juventus, who are having perhaps some problems also in the negotiation for FC Porto 29-year-old Rolando; an alternative to the Portugal international could be 20-year-old Daniele Rugani, currently in co-ownership with Empoli and playing for this latters, but, as outlined by calciomercato.com, the youngster won’t move to Turin before 2016.
