    Milan's Bertolacci to undergo key evaluation today

    Just as Andrea Bertolacci seemed to be settling into life at a big club with a goal against Lazio two weeks ago, the former Genoa player hurt his thigh, keeping him out of Milan's listless 0-0 home draw with Atalanta.

    With Bertolacci expected to miss a total of three weeks, the 24-year-old has a key medical check-up today to see if the Rossoneri can have him back for the Juventus clash, to be played in just over a week's time.

    Having hurt (but not torn) his biceps femoris, the €20 million signing is being counted on to revamp Milan's midfield, and provide the darting runs that saw him contribute six goals and eight assists to Genoa's cause last season.
