Milan, Rudy is an alternative to Fiorentina's Badelj

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Hoffenheim's Sebastian Rudy is still a possibility for AC Milan. Rudy's contract is set to expire with Hoffenheim very soon as he can be an interesting alternative to Fiorentina's Milan Badelj. The Gemany international would be a cheap alternative to the Croatian midfielder as he could arrive on a free bosman transfer, where as Badelj would cost more. Milan are keeping their eyes open as they have been scouting a lot of different players of late (thanks to Mirabelli's efforts).

Milan have started off this season on a high as they currently are join-second (with Roma) in the Italian Serie A. Rudy has appeared in twelve Bundesliga games so far this season for Hoffenheim as he hasn't scored yet but has completed three primary assists. Hoffenheim are currently in fifth place in the German league tables, one point up on Borussia Dortmund and eight points off surprising leaders RB Leipzig.
