As reported by the Corriere dello Sport, after the press conference held yesterday by Barbara Berlusconi, the situation at AC Milan seems extremely difficult: the Lombard club doesn’t seem in fact intentioned to invest on the transfer market, and will first of all have to reduce their group to 23 players; the main problem for the rossoneri is finding a destination for 29 year old striker Alessandro Matri, actually on loan at Fiorentina and that the viola are not intentioned to keep: moreover, it seems to have become also difficult to sign on permanent basis 28 year old defender Adil Rami and 24 year old attacking midfielder Adel Taarabt, actually on loan from Valencia and Queens Park Rangers. In any case, there are still many rumours regarding the Lombard club: according to Football Direct News, Milan are keen again on Newcastle 22 year old full back Davide Santon, valued about 13 million euros; on the contrary, as reported by the same media, to obtain Lyon 20 year old center back Samuel Umtiti, the rossoneri will also have to compete with Tottenham. As reported yesterday, Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer 27 year old forward Edinson Cavani plus 10 million euros to Juventus to obtain 21 year old midfielder Paul Pogba; according to Tuttosport, the bianconeri have refused such offer, as to yield the France international they accept cash only.
