Milan: Verre is an idea but Verratti is the dream

Milan will be looking to add some midfielders to their roster in an attempt to keep improving. Milan have been doing a lot of scouting and phone calls as there seems to be a lot of movement. The dream of the Chinese ownership is Marco Verratti. The Italian wonderkid does have a contract with PSG till 2021 but the feeling is that he might leave Paris this summer. Verratti does not seem to have a great relationship with current PSG coach Unai Emery. His agent has put his future in doubt but in the end it will be up to Nasser Al Khelaifi (PSG owner), who isn't in need of money. The situation seems to be evolving as Verratti's future is in doubt but one thing is certain, if he does leave PSG it will take a lot of money to drag him away....

THE LAPADULA CARD- Valerio Verre is another option for Milan as he would cost a lot less than Verratti. Verre grew up and played for the Roma youth squad as he currently is owned by Pescara, who acquired him this past summer from Udinese for 4 million euros. According to calciomercato.com sources, Sebastiani's club evaluate him at around 7 million euros. They are ready to listen to offers for him already in January but they want to keep him at least till June 2017. Milan are thinking about him and could decide to send Lapadula back on loan to Pescara as part of the potential deal.
