Milan: Honda to England? Juve: Mascherano won't join
Awaiting to swoop on AS Roma 20-year-old center back Alessio Romagnoli and Paris Saint-Germain 33-year-old striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, AC Milan are trying to sell some of their current team’s players: as outlined by calciomercato.com, the injured suffered by 20-year-old forward M’Baye Niang (while playing against Bayern Munich, the young Frenchman has suffered a foot fracture) could complicate the rossoneri’s plans: one of 28-year-old Alessio Cerci and 31-year-old Alessandro Matri seems in fact now intended to remain at “San Siro”; moreover, the former Juventus player seems to have always less suitors, as Bologna are about to carry out the negotiation for AS Roma 23-year-old Mattia Destro and Sampdoria seem to have found an agreement with 30-year-old Georgios Samaras; the situation would of course change if Zlatan Ibrahimovic would be finally signed: in that case, in fact, the Lombardian club would need to sell both Cerci and Matri but also 28-year-old Jeremy Menez. Moreover, as reported by Tuttosport, also 29-year-old attacking midfielder Keisuke Honda wants to leave: the Japan international doesn’t feel comfortable with his new coach Sinisa Mihajlovic, and could finally move to England, where he is a target for both Tottenham and Everton. Also Juventus’ transfer market campaign is being affected by some injuries, like the one suffered by their midfielder Sami Khedira: to replace the Germany international, the bianconeri have also been thinking about Barcelona 31-year-old Javier Mascherano, but the Argentine has declared that he doesn’t want to leave the blaugrana.
