The transfer market of Milan is frozen by the sale of Bacca and the handing over of the club by President Berlusconi to new Chines owners. Despite all this, General Manager Adriano Galliani continues to negotiate with potential new arrivals and according to Sky; his latest face to face took place in Ibiza with Jose Ernesto Sosa.
 

The 30-year-old Argentine play-maker, formerly of Napoli and Atletico Madrid, is under contract at Turkish side Besiktas until 2018 but the player nickname ll “Pricipito” wants a return to Serie A and has already left the clubs pre-season training camp to try to accelerate a move away. Besiktas are asking for a fee of around €9 million whilst the rossoneri have offered only €5 million so far; negotiations look set to continue.
