AC Milan are also thinking about the possibility to yield some of their players, and, as reported by today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, they are intentioned to keep 28-year-old winger Alessio Cerci, 21-year-old midfielder Jesús Joaquín Fernández Sáenz de la Torre, aka Suso, and 20-year-old forward M’Baye Niang, who were on Genoa’s radar; on the other hand, the rossoblu seem to have definitively overtaken Carpi in the hunt for 23-year-old second striker Simone Verdi, last season on loan at Empoli; still regarding the possible departures, Besiktas and Antalyaspor –as reported by Tuttosport- have joined Santos in the hunt for 33-year-old center back Alex. For what concerns the possible new signings, there have been some rumors regarding the possibility for the rossoneri to swoop on city rivals Inter Milan 29-year-old midfielder Fredy Guarin, but the nerazzurri have denied such possibility. Milan are also seeking a new defender, and, as well known, one of their main targets for such position is AS Roma 20-year-old Alessio Romagnoli, but the giallorossi seem intentioned to sell the youngster abroad, probably in England. Serie A defending champions Juventus keep on seeking an attacking midfielder, and remain attentive to the German market, where, according to La Stampa, are interested in Borussia Dortmund 26-year-old Henrix Mkhitaryan.
