    AC Milan: no from PSV for Strootman. Juventus: soon contacts with Nani

    As reported yesterday, one of AC Milan’s main targets for the next transfer window, PSV Eindhoven 22 year old midfielder Kevin Strootman, is also tracked by Manchester United; but signing the Holland national could become an impossible task for the rossoneri: interviewed by TMW, in fact, the Dutch club’s Sports Director Marcel Brandts has declared that the player is not for sale, that there have been no contacts with Milan and even if the Lombard club would make an offer it would be refused. Still regarding the Dutch market, the rossoneri, as well as Palermo, seem to be interested in Heerenveen 20 year old attacking midfielder Filip Đuričić. Moreover, Milan could soon be contrained to seek a new goalkeeper, as 35 year old Christian Abbiati is getting always more chances to play.

    As well known, 25 year old Portuguese winger Luís Carlos Almeida da Cunha “Nani” has no intentioned to extend his deal with Manchester United and would like to move to Italy: the problem is, as exclusively reported by calciomercato.com, that, although the player’s agent is no longer Jorge Mendes but the Portugal international’s brother José Emiliano Almeida Araujo, Mendes keeps on offering the player around asking enormous amounts; Juventus, one of Nani’s most favourite destinations, have refused to meet Mendes, while Araujo is still waiting to meet the Piedmontese club. The player’s salary requests are considered too high by the Serie A champs, and a solution could be found only when there will be a direct meeting between the two parties.
