Manchester United: Mourinho wants Varane

Manchester United will have to build a new team almost from the beginning after the disastrous season under Louis Van Gaal. Zlatan Ibrahimovic announced his imminent arrival at the club yesterday and Henkikh Mkhitaryan is expected to follow the path of the former PSG ace very soon.

According to Mundo Deportivo, José Mourinho has asked his new club to sign Raphael Varane from Real Madrid. Mourinho has already coached Varane during his time at the Santiago Bernabeu and the Merengues could be open to offload the French centre-back.
