    Manchester City flop Mangala going to Valencia on loan

    It looks like Inter, Milan and Napoli target Eliaquim Mangala won’t be going to Serie A… or back to former club Porto, either. 

    The latest reports have the French flop joining Valencia on loan, ironically the former club of central-defensive partner Nicolas Otamendi.
