New Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has laid down a statement of intent already this summer. The Daily Mirror reports that the Citizens will table a €75 million bid for Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos and a €100 miilion offer for Barcelona striker Luis Suarez.
