Man Utd transfer news: January priority target revealed, Bundesliga giants chase Depay

Manchester United will be looking to strengthen their squad in the January window fixing some woes that are preventing the Red Devils from competing for the Premier League title at the moment.

Defence urges to be restructured and Jose Mourinho has already decided his priority target for the winter transfer window.
The Portuguese tactician is known to be a long time admirer of AS Monaco right-back Fabinho who is contracted with the French side until 2021 and whose € 40 million price-tag does not seem to be a problem for the Red Devils who are going to enter negotiations talks with AS Monaco in less than two months time after failing to seal the 23-yer-old Brazilian defender last summer.

Jose Mourinho, however, is also planning a huge clearout with the likes of Memphis Depay and Matteo Darmian who will probably be the first player leaving the Old Trafford once the winter transfer window opens.

According to German paper Bild, Wolfsburg have set sights on the 22-year-old who is not getting any regular game time under Jose Mourinho this term.

Depay is also on AC Milan’s sights and both the rossoneri and the wolves hope to seal the Dutchman on a loan deal with option to buy.
