Il Liverpool ha ufficializzato sul proprio sito l'ingaggio di Loris Karius, portiere classe 1993. I tifosi, soddisfatti dell'acquisto, hanno chiesto a Jürgen Klopp di promuoverlo come titolare a discapito di Simon Mignolet, dal rendimento altalenante quest'anno. I supporters dei reds hanno manifestato il loro entusiasmo su twitter, mentre BBC Sport ha sottolineato l'ottima operazione, con Karius che è stato pagato solamente 4.7 milioni di sterline.
