The Daily Star has reported that a member of the Abu Dhabi Royal Family is interested in buying Liverpool.
 

A relation of current Manchester City patron Sheikh Mansour is believed to be setting his sights on purchasing the Anfield club and has around £700 million in the bank waiting to complete the deal. Although the identity of the bidder remains a closely guarded secret, the journal believes the likely candidate is Sheikh Khalifa, the president of the United Arab Emirates who is reported to be worth around £30 billion.
