Ligue1 giants to offer € 40m for Inter outcast Kondogbia
According to today’s edition of L’Equipe, the Ligue1 giants could offer € 40 million to sign Kondogbia in the January transfer window.
The 23-year-old has failed to live up to expectations since joining Inter in a € 30 million switch from Monaco in summer 2015.
The Frenchman, who was tipped to become the ‘new Yaya Toure’, had failed to impose himself under Roberto Mancini last term and struggled with game time under Frank De Boer this season.
The Dutch boss had only played Kondogbia for 310 minutes before the club decided to sack him two days ago. The Inter outcast has recently revealed to be determined to remain at Inter until the end of the season, but if Marseille will really make a similar proposal, it is very likely that Inter will let the 23-year-old midfielder go.
