Lazio: from Lapadula to Paloschi, who will become Immobile's sub?

Lazio: from Lapadula to Paloschi, who will become Immobile's sub?

Ciro Immobile is in a rich vein of scoring form for Lazio having already netted five times during the new campaign. Despite this, coach Simone Inzaghi wants more attacking reinforcements in January.

    DJORDJEVIC TO DEPART:
One player who has been a major disappointment is Serbian striker Filip Djordjevic. The 29-year-old stay in the Italian capital looks destined to end in the new year with both Lyon and Middlesbrough expressing an interest.

    FROM LAPADULA TO PALOSCHI:
For this reason, Sporting Director Igli Tare is continuing to make plans to find a successor; one name at the top of the list is Rennes frontman Paul Georges Ntep who has already stated that he may leave the French club in January. Being a wide-man however, his arrival would not solve the puzzle of who to bring in as vice to Immobile and the two names that are being linked are Gianluca Lapadula and Alberto Paloschi. Lapadula has found little space at Milan and failed to convince once again when given the chance against Chievo last weekend. Any particular deal here could involve Keita Balde moving in the opposite direction. Paloschi is not having the best of times at Atalanta but as he has demonstrated in the past, he still possesses immense talent.

    DREAM REMAINS GABBIADINI:
The dream remains Manolo Gabbiadini, who once again fluffed his big chance on Saturday against Roma. The Italian international may consider a change of scenery in January, Lazio continue to monitor the situation.
