    Spurs midfielder Erik Lamela has told Il Tempo that he hopes to return to his former club Roma one day. The 24-year-old Argentine stated that; "I still a great Roma team despite losing some big players. I want to give credit to Spalletti's team and I think they can fight for the scudetto".

    When he was asked if he would like to return to the Eternal City one day he replied that; "I don't know. at this moment I can only wish them well for the coming season. I'll be honest, I do miss the club but now I'm just concentrating on my future with Tottenham".
