Juventus trying to nab Goretzka, Dahoud on the cheap

Juventus have travelled to Germany to attempt to sign two fascinating Bundesliga targets, according to Italian outlet SportItalia.

Both Leon Goretzka of Schalke 04 and Mahmoud Dahoud of Borussia Monchengladbach will be available on a free next summer, prompting Juventus’ director of sport, Fabio Paratici, to potentially make a move at the end of this season.

Dahoud would, by then, be available for only 10 million, a specific clause which will become active once he only has one year left on his deal, which he doesn’t intend to renew. With Manchester City particularly interested in the 20-year-old, the Bianconeri may need to step on the gas.

Goretzka (21) has, for his part, completely bewitched Juventus, prompting Paratici to ask Schalke for a January move, one which hasn’t been accepted.

It appears that the Under-23 Mannschaft star is inching closer to agreeing to a move, which again shouldn’t cost Juve too much once he has only one year remaining on his deal.
