Juventus to chase €20m Chelsea target Kessie'; Cesena DS 'I'd recommend them to him'
The Franck Kessie’ rumour mill isn’t going to quiet down any time soon.
Juventus are reported by Tuttosport (via tuttomercatoweb) to have their eye on Kessie’ again, and want to bring the Chelsea and Arsenal target to Turin in Winter for €20 million, only to loan him back to Atalanta for the rest of the season.
Their hope is to trump the two Premier League sides, who have followed the young Ivorian since he emerged as a major force in Serie A, despite being only 19 years old.
The former Cesena man has already scored five goals this season, playing a key role as Atalanta have charged up the Serie A table, earning 25 points out of a possible 27.
Tuttosport have confirmed the Bianconeri’s interest by speaking to Cesena’s director of sport, who said that Juventus had been to watch the young midfielder many times last season, and that he “fascinated” by the idea of a move to Turin.
“Juventus were especially willing to find out about Kessie’s character. With everyone chasing him, and if Franck were to ask me for an opinion, I’d advise him to go to Juventus. He’s an excellent player, worthy of a big club”.
