Juventus: sprint for Walcott and Bocchetti. AC Milan: Strootman won't join
As reported in the last days, the signing of a high-rated forward seemed to be Juventus’priority for the next transfer window. But, interviewed by Sky Tg 24, the Piedmontese club’s General Manager Giuseppe Marotta has declared that, as the team has no problems in scoring goals, there are no emergencies regarding the offensive line. The bianconeri seem, in any case, extremely active regarding other positions: for example, the Serie A defending champions seem always attentive to the situation of 23 year old left back Theo Walcott, whose contract with Arsenal will expire at the end of the season, and, according to Tuttosport, keep on tracking Rubin Kazan 26 year old wingback Salvatore Bocchetti. Regarding the possible departures, as reported by the same media, the agents of 34 year old center back Lucio are in talks with Spanish and Turkish clubs, 24 year old striker Nicklas Bendtner seems intended to move back to England while 22 year old midfielder Luca Marrone will probably be loaned to Atalanta or Genoa.
