Juventus: Lemina holds the key to Tolisso's arrival
Juventus continues to push for Corentin Tolisso. The 22-year-old Lyon midfielder is climbing towards the top of the bianconeri’s wanted list and according to Tuttosport, a January assault is being plotted in Turin.
CEO Beppe Marotta is planning to play his trump card in the hope of bringing the player to Serie A whilst at the same time, lowering the French club’s asking price of €30 million. That card is current midfielder Mario Lemina; the 23-year-old Gabon international will be used in a player plus cash deal to try to persuade Lyon to part with their highly-rated star.
Lemina joined the bianconeri on-loan from Marseille in 2015 and last summer, the Serie A champions paid the port club €9 million to take him on a permanent deal. His current market-value is now reported to be around €16-17 million and Juve will be hoping that this will be enough bait to finally capture one of their priority targets.
