Juventus: Jovetic always farther. AC Milan: attempt to keep Ambrosini
Juventus executives keep on working to reinforce their team’s offensive line, and, they risk to loose one of their main targets, Fiorentina 23 year old Stevan Jovetic, as Manchester City, according to the Daily Mirror, are ready to offer 30 million euros to the Tuscan club, i.e. the amount required by this latter to yield the Montenegro international. Even for this reason, according to Tuttosport, the bianconeri are ready to fly to England to try to speed-up the negotiation with The Citizens for 29 year old Carlos Tevez, who, in any case, as reported by Sportmediaset, will choose within 7 days between the Serie A defending champions and AC Milan. The Piedmontese club keeps also on tracking Real Madrid 25 year old Gonzalo Higuain, but, as highlighted by calciomercato.com, Juve will be able to sign only one of them, unless they will decide to yield 27 year old midfielder Claudio Marchisio, who, according to an enquiry edited by Tuttosport, could be sold for about 28 million euros. The bianconeri keep also on working to reinforce their defense, and their main target remains Torino 25 year old Angelo Ogbonna: as reported by Sportmediaset, the Italian champions are ready to offer to their city rivals 6 million euros plus the co-ownerships of 23 year old striker Ciro Immobile, 21 year old defender Fredrik Sorensen and 20 year old forward Richmond Boakye.
In the last days, 35 year old midfielder Massimo Ambrosini has held a press conference to take leave from AC Milan, but, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Lombard club’s honorary president and major shareholder Silvio Berlusconi is intentioned to convince the player to stay, but the former Italy international is tempted by Fiorentina. Still regarding the midfield, 28 year old Antonio Nocerino could still join city rivals Inter Milan as part of a swap involving same-aged defender Matias Silvestre.
