With Bonucci regularly on the pitch, the Serie A champs need only a striker to complete their team, and, according to the Corriere dello Sport, Manchester City 26 year old Edin Dzeko has become the main target: the player has already expressed his will to move to Italy and AC Milan won't be able to sign him; on the other hand, it won't be easy to convince the Citizens to yield the Bosnia national. Moreover, also Athletic Bilbao 27 year old Fernando Llorente remains a valid option: interviewed by AS, the Basque club's coach Marcelo Bielsa has admitted that the player could leave; Llorente's contract will expire next year and his actual club requires 18 million euros to let him go in the current transfer window. Regarding the possible departures, 29 year old midfielder Felipe Melo has flown this morning to Istanbul to sign for Galatasaray.

As anticipated yesterday, after signing Colombian defender Cristian Zapata, AC Milan will be able to sign only EU citizens in this transfer window.
